Linkcore Trading Private Limited is a dynamic and rapidly growing global company, seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist with 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our people-centric HR strategies, ensuring we attract top talent, foster employee engagement, and support continuous improvement in performance. As part of the HR team, you will collaborate directly with the Manager, play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, and be involved in various HR functions that directly impact the success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals; provide regular recruitment updates to the General Manager.
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs, organize team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition events.
- Oversee onboarding, collect employee feedback, and track performance month-on-month, reporting to management.
- Conduct performance reviews, track KPIs, and assist in performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance, and assist in benefits administration.
- Coordinate skill development programs and promote employee retention strategies.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and labor laws to ensure compliance.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and support managers with HR-related issues.
- Foster an inclusive workplace and ensure confidentiality in all HR processes.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic, growing global company.
- Proficiency in HR tools and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, focused on employee satisfaction and retention.
