Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce based digital marketing. This role will focus on strengthening the digital presence of brands, driving targeted traffic to our websites, and enhance performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Top Brands in the UAE: Manage and execute digital marketing strategies for leading UAE-based brands, helping them grow their online presence and achieve e-commerce objectives.
- Develop Digital Presence: Craft and implement strategies to enhance the digital presence of clients across SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online identity.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, enhance organic traffic, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements. Perform keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive Website Traffic: Use a combination of SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and social media marketing to drive high-quality traffic to client websites. Focus on both organic and paid traffic to maximize online visibility and engagement.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage Google Ads and other paid search campaigns, adjusting keyword strategies and bidding techniques to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan, create, and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track, measure, and report on digital campaign performance. Analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversions, CTR, and ROI, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, SEO, and driving website traffic.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, social media marketing, and SEM.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or other digital marketing tools.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving SEO rankings for websites.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
