Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research and basic SEO implementation.
- Plan and implement email marketing, social media campaigns, and display advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, track user behavior, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze campaign data and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to adjust strategies and improve performance to meet KPIs.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize conversion rates and enhance user experience.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including ad creation, bid management, keyword research, and tracking performance.
- Optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) for better reach and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product) to create and optimize digital assets like landing pages, ad creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.
- Evaluate new digital marketing tools and technologies, and recommend their integration into campaigns to improve results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, SMO, and eCommerce.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, including basic reporting, goal tracking, and segmentation.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and strategies for campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and act on data to improve campaign performance.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication skills.
- Creative, results-driven, and willing to continuously learn and grow in the digital marketing field.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools, especially in relation to SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
