We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our e-commerce team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 – 6 months of experience in a related field (or those looking to switch careers) who have a strong interest in diving into data analysis and contributing to business growth and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Prepare and automate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor data for key alerts and potential issues, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Assist in generating reports on growth, customer reviews, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to transform data insights into actionable business strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Zero to Six months of experience in a related field (e.g., data analysis, business intelligence, or e-commerce) or someone looking to transition into a data-focused career.
• A strong interest in data analysis and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with Excel and basic data analysis tools; experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to present data in a clear and understandable way.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.
