Business Development Executive (BDE) – Ecommerce Agency

Role Overview:

We are an ecommerce management agency looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–4 years of experience who can independently generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and build a strong business pipeline. This is a target-driven role with a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently generate qualified leads for ecommerce end to end services.
  • Initiate and manage end-to-end communication with prospective clients.
  • Understand client business requirements and identify service fit.
  • Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture prospective clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with senior stakeholders for deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, discussions, and follow-ups in internal tracking tools.
  • Support coordination during client onboarding after confirmation.
Experience & Skills Required:
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and direct client communication.
  • Prior exposure to ecommerce, marketplaces, digital marketing, or agency services is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Targets & Compensation:

  • This is a target-based role.
  • Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
  • Incentives will be linked to achievement of defined business targets such as qualified leads, successful conversions, or closed deals.
