Role Overview:
We are an ecommerce management agency looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–4 years of experience who can independently generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and build a strong business pipeline. This is a target-driven role with a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently generate qualified leads for ecommerce end to end services.
- Initiate and manage end-to-end communication with prospective clients.
- Understand client business requirements and identify service fit.
- Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture prospective clients.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with senior stakeholders for deal progression.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, discussions, and follow-ups in internal tracking tools.
- Support coordination during client onboarding after confirmation.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Proven experience in lead generation and direct client communication.
- Prior exposure to ecommerce, marketplaces, digital marketing, or agency services is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Targets & Compensation:
- This is a target-based role.
- Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
- Incentives will be linked to achievement of defined business targets such as qualified leads, successful conversions, or closed deals.
